Pardon Our Mesh

Happy July, airsofters!

We wanted to give a quick update on the construction progress of The Farm. The most exciting thing first: We've got mesh! So far we've been able to put-up a significant portion of the required netting around the play area. Once we set up the final segment of mesh netting, we'll have met all of the required safety features to open our field to the public. 

While we technically could open up the second we get our mesh up, take your money, and let you all run around in an open field with no cover, that's not how we do things here. 

Our staff and our (AWESOME) volunteers have been hard at work clearing space and constructing cover that we'd enjoy playing around. Right now it's looking less like a tactical training facility and more like Diamond City from Fallout 4, but we're dedicated to working and improving on our field for years and years to come. And hey, who doesn't enjoy a gunfight in a post-apocalyptic town?

We also want to express our gratitude to everyone who has volunteered their time, knowledge, and resources to making this field possible. These last few weeks have shone a spotlight on the generosity, discipline, and passion that this community has to offer, and we're extremely lucky to have the support of it.

As always, we are still looking for any donations of hardware, plywood, tires, etc that we can use as cover to speed up the construction. And we are still looking for 3 more referees for the summer!
