Booking & Building

Booking & Building

The Farm is in full swing for the summertime and we're slowly but surely working through our laundry list of tasks to make our airsoft field better and better!

Which is why we're happy to announce that we've streamlined our registration process to allow for online booking!

Do I still need to send you an email to reserve my spot?

Email RSVPs are no longer required to attend Open Play at The Farm! We've stress tested the field and parking lot and found that we're able to remove the requirement to RSVP before attending.

If I no longer need to RSVP, why would I buy a ticket in advance?

Just because we've removed the requirement for RSVP, doesn't mean that we don't have a player cap on the amount of people we can have at our field at one time. So, if you want to ensure you'll get a spot to play on the weekend instead of rolling the dice and hoping we don't reach our limit; pre-pay for your tickets online! Players requiring rental packages are also required to pre-pay for tickets online

Sounds easy enough, but how exactly does it work?

It's easy! Simply go to the "Field" section of our store's header, click on the "Purchase tickets here" link, and simply purchase the ticket for the day you and your party are planning on attending. Multiple tickets can be purchased under one name, but the purchaser must check-in their entire party during check-in.

After that, print out your order form that shows your tickets and bring it to the field on your designated day of play! This allows us to keep easier track of our player count for the day, what game modes to plan for, and what consumables to bring.

That's a great addition to the check-in process, but what are you working on at the field?

We've been listening to your feedback and suggestions these last two weeks and have been adding to that ever-growing laundry list of ways to improve the flow of our open-play days. Here's a few things we're working on this week!

- Rearrange Team Deathmatch spawnpoints

- Clearly mark spawnpoints

- Make the attack/defense lines more obvious

- Put tables near the field entrance and inside chrono area

- Relocate Capture the Flag spots

- Get our referees megaphones

- Add cover to bunker #2 to balance the sides

And that's just the start! We're hoping to get more construction going throughout August, but we need materials. If you or someone you know has access to plywood, sheet metal, tires, etc, please contact Drew@airsoftassault.ca to figure out a time to get the materials to the field!
